(Ipeleng entertaining the kids)
Ipeleng stood for the beautiful name of Mzansi on 18 July 2010. She drove all the way from Soweto to Silahliwe Squatter to meet with her linked child, Nobovu Makhanda and to serve the needy kids.
This is what she said, “ I feel great today. I met my linked child Nobovu. She is beautiful as I am. I brought her food and clothes; not only for her but for most of the kids who were around.
“I interacted with Nobovu; play games and we sang and dance. It is my aiim to continue doing this so that the kids can stand on their own. It is my prayer to see these kids get proper education that will make them what they would like to be in future.”
